LEADERSHIP
- Law School ABA Representative – The ABA representative is one of the most important positions in the Law Student Division. The primary purpose of the ABA. law school representative is to advocate on behalf of the ABA Law Student Division Members at their school, serve as the school’s point person on the ABA and the Law Student Division, to promote the ABA and Law Student Division, and to communicate the benefits and value of ABA membership at their law school.
- National/Regional Positions in the ABA Law Student Division – On a regional level, law student members may serve as Governors or Lieutenant Governors. On a national level, law student members may serve as National Officers, Division Delegates of Liaisons. Additionally, members may be appointed to National Student Directors of the following programs: Arbitration Competition, Client Counseling Competition, National Appellate Advocacy Competition, Negotiation Competition and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.
